Shipping Policy
Once a package is processed and shipped the tracking number is emailed out to the customer before it arrives at the post office. USPS takes 2-5 days to ship most first class mail. Once a package has been dropped off and the tracking number is sent out The VOOA Shop is no longer liable for your package. We do encourage you to keep a close eye on your tracking and if you happen to have issues we will do what we see fit to rectify the situation.
Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund within the first 30 days. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and the return mail to the return address on the package. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7-10 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
