Palo Santo Stick

A single 4in stick of Palo Santo Wood. 
It is best used when doing it with a clear intention. 
 
In Spanish, palo santo means “holy wood.” For thousands of years, the wood, resin, and oil have been used for medicinal purposes. It's mainly used to clear negative energy and bring in positive energy.
 
When is the best time to do it?
Moving into a new home.
After periods of illness or stress.
When your mood or energy is low.

How to smudge: 
Light one end of the stick and fan or move the smoke around the person, object, or place. When done, make sure to rest it in a safe place and watch it till the flame or ambers completely go away.
